The Role
This role sits within Learning & Development and will be working Head of L&D and Senior Lead in The Sales Development team. You will review and revise current methods, workshops and online materials to ensure all training materials are delivered in line with business needs.
This professional services firm believes in developing the best professionals in the market and are seeking an Instructional Designer with experience across blended learning experiences to assist driving and developing sales capability across the business.

The ideal candidate will join a small team with a focus on building great content for their facilitators through supplementing and continuously improving their library of content.  Working with the team the Instructional Designer will lead the rigour in the process of scoping and designing programs for the trainers.  Specifically ensuring that the manager's needs and expectations as to the measurable outputs of the learning process is incorporated into the scope and design.


Your Experience
This candidate must demonstrate exceptional instructional design capability around designing new cutting edge leadership material.  You will need to apply principles of adult learning and various approaches to create engaging learning experiences for this dynamic and team orientated growing business.  You will also need:
  • Five or more years of relevant experience building innovative blended learning solutions for all levels of leaders. 
  • Proven ability to develop and manage virtual or self-paced learning solutions, such as e-learning, virtual communities, performance support tools, self-assessments, videos, and curated micro-learning. 
  • Ability to measure, analyse, and present data on the impact of learning experiences.  
  • Disciplined self-starter; resourceful and able to prioritise (and re-prioritise) in a fast-paced environment with shifting objectives.
  • B.S. or B.A. in adult learning, management training, Human Resources or related field.
  

You will be a subject matter expert in the area of instructional design and have strong business partnering skills.

Employees are based in City and western suburbs you must be flexible to occasional work in the western suburbs location.
