You will use your expertise of instruction design to partner with the business to develop a full training manual for a newly established, interesting IT tracking system.

Your new role
Working closely with a small group of key stakeholders, you will be responsible for developing a first-rate training manual and the strategic direction for the delivery of a project being rolled out. A new IT system has been released and now needs documentation created, blending learning materials including QRG's FAQ's and user guides to ensure use participation and competency across the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Demonstrated skills in instructional design, administration and communication
  • Extensive experience in a standalone role in an IT project implementation environment.

What you'll get in return
You will work in a friendly, dynamic organisation. In this stand alone developer role, you will gain a philosophy for the system and its uses, while then creating the training documentation.
