This is a new and exciting high volume Internal Recruitment role in North West Sydney

Your new company
This Internal Recruitment role is working for a dynamic and fast paced hospitality company based in Sydney's North West, 20 minutes on public transport from Sydney's CBD or with parking onsite. As the Internal Recruiter you will work in a fun loving and knowledgeable HR team, reporting into a supportive HR Manager. You will also have the support of a Coordinator to help with the more administrative element of the Recruitment process.

Your new role
Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Recruiting across all facilities roles including security, client relations, cleaners, etc across all Australia
  • Taking job briefs with hiring manager, posting adverts on SEEK and Indeed, screening CVs, phone screening, setting up interviews, coordinating the feedback from interviews and onboarding. There will be a Coordinator who helps with the Administration.
  • Managing a portfolio of 60 roles at any one time
  • Creating a talent pool
  • Need to have exceptional attention to detail because of compliance
  • System: ELMO, not essential to have this


What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have high volume Recruitment experience to be successful as well as exceptional attention to detail due to the levels of compliance in this industry. You must be immediately available to interview and start this Internal Recruitment role.
