An opportunity has arisen to join professional Financial Services business in an interim role to support a spike in recruitment volume due to a major organisational change.

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager and working alongside two other recruiters and a coordinator, the role will quickly become an integral team member.  Although part of a supportive team, the role will handle vacancies end to end, so a resourceful and self-sufficient approach is required.

Responsibilities include - 
  • End to end recruitment of front-line and corporate staff
  • Competency based interviewing
  • HRIS updating
  • Managing external agencies
  • Reporting / Analysing data
  • A candidate centric approach
To secure the role you will need to be
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Disciplined and organised
  • Tech savvy 
  • An outstanding stakeholder manager
Ideally you will have internal experience but agency experience can be considered.  WHV applications are welcome.  This role will begin in the next 3 weeks.
