Internal Recruiter - 12 month fixed term contract - Sydney Norwest - values based organisation

Your new company

Your new role
As an internal recruiter you will deliver end to end recruitment to managers in your client group from talent attraction, candidate screening, interviewing and provision of recruitment advice. Reporting into the recruitment manager you will work as part of a team of internal recruiters, managing your own high volume portfolio of roles across your client group.

What you'll need to succeed
As a knowledgeable recruiter from either an internal or agency background you will feel comfortable to hit the ground running and operate effectively in a volume recruitment environment A positive and proactive attitude is a must, as is the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across your client group, providing an organised and flexible service.

The role will suit someone who has a genuine Christian commitment and a desire to support an organisation that adds value in to the communities that they support. You will travel across the Norwest on occasion and so will need to possess a valid driving licence.
