Internal Recruitment Consultant - Contract

Your new role will be working for with a global market leader with a strong presence in the industrial space. Reporting to the HR Manager, and working in a team, you will be responsible for providing consultative recruitment advice and support to managers and staff across a white and blue collar client base.

Your responsibilities will entail, but not be limited to,

  • Business-partnering the organisation, linking in with all of the major stakeholders
  • Managing the entire end-to-end recruitment process across Australia by:
    • Advertising via appropriate channels
    • General recruitment activities such as conducting interviews, reference checks and performing database searches
    • Ability and personality assessment reporting
  • Scheduling and participating in candidate interviews
  • Manage visa requirements, organise pre employment medicals and on boarding

To be successful; for the role, you will have:

  • Excellent time management and priority setting skills
  • 2-3 years experience from agency or an in-house role
  • Be comfortable handling a high volume of positions
  • Experienced blue and white collar recruitment
  • Proven history of success in as similar position
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
  • Positive attitude
