My client is an ambitious and innovative technology company going through an exciting phase of its relatively short existence.  The business is set to grow both organically and through acquisition and this newly created role is seen as a key hire to facilitate and support that growth.  

As part of a HR restructure this newly created role will be crucial in supporting the business to achieve it's goals.   Working closely with the HR Director you will be involved in everything from strategy right through to the delivery of quality hires.

Managing a small team of recruiters this role will inherit systems and processes but there will be the autonomy to innovate and recreate.  Overall responsibilities will include - 
  • Operational Delivery - along with the team take responsibility for the speed, quality and cost of hires for both technical and business support positions
  • Processes and Procedures - including the selection processes, internal client engagement and candidate management strategy
  • Systems - utilising / enhancing the existing ATS
  • Internal Client Management - being visible with hiring managers, keeping them up-to-date and advising as the SME
  • Recruitment Delivery - personally delivering on a substantial proportion of roles
  • EVP / Employer Branding - working with the HRD in this area
  • Proactive Sourcing - Building talent pool via virtual and face to face methods (i.e. meet ups)
  • Projects -  may include Grad / Bulk Recruitment initiatives
The ideal candidate will be a proactive IT recruiter with a genuine interest in the tech space.  You may be in a team lead role in a larger company structure and looking for your first step into overseeing a function.  Equally if you are a senior recruiter who has had success supporting and mentoring colleagues it could the step up you are looking for.  Candidates with predominantly agency experience can be considered but you must have already made your move to an internal environment.
