L&D Consultant job in Sydney. Working for large Hospitality brand. World Manager experience desirable.

Your new company
Well known and highly successful Hospitality and Retail brand in Australia with store networks across the country. Working at the Head office in central Sydney, part of a larger HR team experience significant growth and change.

Your new role
Reporting to the Head of HR, this role has been created to support new people and change management strategies across the business. You will design and deliver on new training programs for operations and also leadership development. Key tasks include indepth training needs analysis, LMS analysis and improvements. You will design and deliver new talent development frameworks and programs in line with the wider HR vision and supporting the analysis of identifying top talent in the business and ensuring they have the appropriate personal development plan to help them success and reach their true potential. You will be expected to create these tools to analyse, gather and interpret information and performance reviews. In addition you will "Train the Trainer" and work closely with the nationally based training team who facilitate all hands on training, to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and expertise to drive engagement.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Training and L&D Consultant who enjoys needs analysis and talent management. This is a varied role with a leaning towards OD and Talent development so past experience od developing tools and/or frameworks in this area is essential. You will work closely with HR so a passion for people and understanding of engagement through training is also required along with experience of working in a fast paced, customer focused industry or brand. You will ideally have knowledge of World Manager be familiar with succession planning and ROI. You must have excellent IT and systems skills and enjoy analytical work and presenting your findings to the wider HR team.

The salary on offer is $90,000 - $100,000 base + super + potential bonus scheme. This is a full time, office based role at the corporate head office so travel is not required. Central Sydney offices.
