Our client, a Global organisation market leader and accredited employer recognised for engaging and supporting their workforce are looking for an L&D Coordinator to join their HR team and be responsible for coordinating the training needs for the business.


This is a coordinating role where you will be required to work closely with the training team and HR team ensuring that the training needs of all new employees and current employees across the business are met.

Reporting into the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the following key deliverables:

  • Preparing and coordinating all training for internal and external workers
  • Sourcing and selecting appropriate training facilitators
  • Creating and updating all training materials
  • Organisation of all career development
  • Conducting training when required


The successful candidate will have previous HR administration or L&D experience working within a fast paced and dynamic environment. You will be well organised, have above average communication skills and excellent IT skills.
