About the Role
This newly created role partners with leadership teams and the P&C function. It will drive a performance and engagement culture. The Lead Business Partner will ensure the partnering function is aligned to the Corporate Plan and People Strategy with a particular focus on workforce planning, talent management, performance management, and change management. The role builds trusted relationships to deliver impactful and integrated people programs, builds leadership capability and bench strength, and coaches to ensure people managers are equipped to build a high performing workforce. The role also provides leadership and development of two junior staff members.

About You
Tertiary qualified in human resources or a related discipline, you will present with a broad generalist skill set and demonstrated capability in building relationships and delivering results in a fast-paced and commercial business. Strong research, numerical, and analytical capability demonstrating impactful evidence based advice, recommendations, and business cases. You have an excellent knowledge of current workplace legislation and are experienced in building capability and delivering organisational development projects and talent initiatives. Interpersonally you impress as a self-motivated, resilient and customer focused professional, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
