About the role
We're seeking an experienced and energetic Leadership and Capability Manager to join our Employee Experience Team and lead the Leadership & Capability function for GrainCorp's business. This is a great opportunity to not only create, but also build, on our current leadership and learning programmes and shape the future of GrainCorp's leadership and culture.

Your primary focus will be to lead an international approach to leadership and learning, ensuring employees have the skills, capability and training necessary to realise their potential, and to build sustainable organisational capability. You will develop and execute leadership and learning strategies in accordance with best practice and aligned to our strategic plan.You will also role model how to engage, motivate and develop a team by ensuring the Leadership & Capability team fulfill their potential and perform at the highest level.

About your experience
To be successful in this role you will need to have experience of implementing a leadership development strategy on an international scale. Hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or other related professional discipline. As well as:
  • Demonstrated strategic and commercial acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective business relationships at all levels
  • Comprehensive practical application of adult learning principles and the 70-20-10 approach to developing people
  • Strong Project and Change Management skills
  • Experience leading organisational & behavioural change
  • Working knowledge of competency frameworks
  • Ability to deal with and prioritise both strategic and day-to-day requirements

You will need to plan, prioritise and deliver.

Preferred candidates will be required to provide proof of working rights and suitable professional referees. A current, valid driver's licence is also required.
