This well-known national business based in the South Eastern Suburbs provides a wide range of products and services throughout Australia.

About the Role
The Learning and Development Coordinator plays an integral role in supporting the Learning and Development team in all aspects of the L&D function. This is a permanent full time role paying $60,000 package.

Responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating all Learning and Development activity using timetables and schedules
  • Identifying opportunities to drive efficiencies by streamlining existing processes
  • Ensuring all learning material is ready for use
  • Providing data analysis and insights for the function
  • Monitoring the LMS to manage training events and track registrations
  • Provide strong customer service to stakeholders throughout the business
About You
To be considered for this role, you will have:
  • Previous experience in a HR or L&D Coordinator role
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven planning, prioritisation and organisational skills
  • Ability to interpret data
  • A customer service mindset
