An exciting opportunity has become available for a talented Learning and Development Coordinator to join a large business in their Learning and Development team.

Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, your role will be responsible for the coordination and administration of the Learning, Development and training function. You will provide support to the business in meeting the objective of maintaining highly skilled, well informed and empowered employees. Responsibilities of the role include the coordination of the L&D inbox, following up training feedback, managing the training calendars, and being involved with some exciting L&D projects!

The preferred applicant will be a L&D professional looking for their next career opportunity. OR a strong administrator who has completed their HR degree and has a keen interest to start their career in the L&D space. Strong working knowledge of Excel, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with people at all levels is essential.
