About the Role
The Learning and Development Coordinator plays an integral role in supporting the Learning and Development team in all aspects of the L&D function. This is a 12 month fixed term contract paying $60,000 package.

Responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating all Learning and Development activity using timetables and schedules
  • Identifying opportunities to drive efficiencies by streamlining existing processes
  • Ensuring all learning material is ready for use
  • Providing data analysis and insights for the function
  • Monitoring the LMS to manage training events and track registrations
  • Provide strong customer service to stakeholders throughout the business
About You
To be considered for this role, you will have:
  • Previous experience in a HR or L&D Coordinator role
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven planning, prioritisation and organisational skills
  • Ability to interpret data
  • A customer service mindset
