Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join this leading Australian business. Reporting through to the Head of HR, you will work within a small HR team to lead the development of and roll out of a variety of organisational wide learning programs, nationally.

You will play a key roll in driving a learning culture and supporting the business with uplifting capability at all levels. This is a high profile role where you will have the opportunity to build a national learning program, consult with the business, conduct analysis, coordinate and facilitate training programs, establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and manage all other facets related to the learning function.

To be suitable for this position you will be an experienced Learning and Development Manager with a proven track history within a similar role, preferably within a legal or professional service business. Experience within a generalist HR role would also be highly regarded as an opportunity to support across broader disciplines of HR is highly likely. You will be a master influencer, with strong relationship building skills and an innovative, proactive approach to work.
