In this position you will be responsible for the coordination of all learning programs, ensuring effective liaison with staff, learning providers and key stakeholders. This is a high level administration role encompassing reporting, learning material production and venue preparation, as well as supporting the organisation’s development activities.

The Learning and Culture Administrator will have excellent administration skills, thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office products, experience using HRMS/LMS and a high level of communication skills. You are a problem solver with the ability to negotiate with stakeholders and have demonstrated excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

If you meet the attached criteria, hold a NSW Driver’s License and have experience in coordination, scheduling and evaluation of learning programs, then this is the job for you!
