The Role
The position requires an experienced, commercially focused Human Resources professional with proven record of delivering short effective visual Learning and Development solutions within the creative sector, in addition to some exposure to HR business partnering. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, celebrate & build morale, foster reward and recognition activities, increase engagement and ensure retention.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to create career development plans and pathways for support employee growth.
  • Lead and/or participate in all aspects of talent management with people leaders.
  • Identify, adopt and define the right learning and capability needs for the creative brands. Technical training is a focus.
  • Design and manage Graduate program. Develop successful partnerships with Universities.
  • Scope and design a variety of fit-for-purpose blended learning solutions including induction program and other professional development programs on time and budget whilst working closely and maintaining strong business partnerships with internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in the development of the Diversity and Inclusion program and on-line performance management.  
  • Practice and mentoring others in the process to facilitate their development.
  • Provide advice on learning design, implementation and evaluation including reporting back to key stakeholders on the success of various learning initiatives.
  • Facilitation of some key components of our training - both on a group and individual basis.
About You
To be considered we are interested in hearing from Degree qualified HR professionals who demonstrate significant experience operating in the learning and organisational design/development space. In addition, should you possess experience providing day to day guidance on HR related matters such as; performance management, employee relations, team effectiveness and staff development this would be highly regarded. Recent experience of working within the creative industry is essential.
