The Company

The Role
Project based operational role available for an experienced LMS Administrator/Coordinator to assist in implementing and optimising a new Learning Management System in the company. 

This role reports into the GM of HR who is leading the implementation of the new Learning Management System, this role will play an integral part of this project and will provide active support to the Project Manager and the Project team. 
You will become to 'go to' person for the LMS system, not only inputting training content but also being involved in upgrades and bug fixes, testing the system against business outcomes and identifying improvement areas. You will also be providing training to system users throughout the company. 
Your role will involve both project coordination tasks for the initial rollout - supporting the project team, schedule management, data migration and cleansing, and helping to develop and test the system; as well as providing ongoing expert support once it is up and running. 

Your Experience
You will bring your strong experience working within and supporting Learning Management Systems to this role. You must be task focused, proactive, highly organised and be able to remain focused under pressure.  You will also be process driven yet, able to deal with ambiguity and be comfortable with technology. 
The ideal candidate will:
• Have a passion for the L&D space with an interest in systems. Experience using Learning Seat- highly regarded.

• Be known for your computer skills and your ability to pick up new systems quickly.
• Have previous experience in Project delivery and schedule management.

• Have strong organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail and superior written and verbal communication skills. 

• Tertiary qualifications within HR are preferred although not essential.
