We are a leading aged care provider who are looking for a result driven recruiter to play a critical role in sourcing the best talent for key positions in the organisation. The new role is perfect for an energetic and driven specialist to build on a strong foundation and take the function to the next level.

 Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the recruitment process end to end in key positions within the organisation
  • Proactively developing talent pools and building the organisations' employment brand externally
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders and positioning recruitment as a value-add to the business
  • Lead in high volume bulk recruitment projects
  • Continually improving existing recruitment processes.

To thrive in this role you:

  • Will have end-to-end talent acquisition experience within a corporate environment, recruiting across a range of different positions
  • Will be able to work autonomously with a sense of urgency
  • Will enjoy working in an organised and structured way whilst being adaptable to change
  • Will be able to demonstrate innovation around sourcing methods
  • Will have exceptional relationship building skills
  • Will have proven experience dealing with complexity and will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
