OD Consultant - exciting job in Organisational Development - Sydney based OD Specialist role

Your new role
Working as part of a Centre of Excellence you will provide advisory services across OD and learning, ensuring OD tools meet strategic needs, and that opportunities are identified to build leadership and staff capability. You will have a broad remit getting involved on projects across talent and performance management, culture, engagement, succession planning, career pathways and leadership development. You will design and facilitate across various forums, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to form partnerships around OD projects and initiatives.


What you'll need to succeed
Alongside relevant tertiary qualifications and related experience in OD, learning or capability development you will have strong project or program management experience, demonstrated success working on OD initiatives across a range of levels in an organisation and research, and experience in the development, delivery and evaluation of organisational development initiatives and programs. You will have a pro-active and creative attitude with strong written and verbal communication skills.
