As the largest public healthcare services provider in Victoria, Monash Health provides integrated health care services available to over 1.3 million people, representing 32% of the population of greater Melbourne.    

The Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Program will drive the biggest advancement to patient-care in Monash Health history. This implementation is the largest organisation-wide EMR in Australia and will allow clinicians to easily access clinical information in one place. The first go live is scheduled for the first half of 2019.

About the role
The Organisational Change Lead will support the transformation across Monash Health by developing a change network across the organisation to operationalise the change management strategy. The successful person will influence and drive results by quickly establishing credibility with senior leaders and determining impacts across Monash Health. Reporting to the EMR Program Manager, Change and Transformation, your success will depend on ensuring the EMR benefits are fully realised and changes are fully adopted, embedded and sustained across the business.
Working in partnership with the Communication Manager, Training Manager, and People & Culture, your experience will demonstrate:   
  • Highly developed decision making skills and capacity to make things happen in a complex environment;
  • A consultative approach and ability to foster engagement around a common vision;
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver operational change plans;  
  • Demonstrated ability to build change management capability;  
About You
You’ve already proven your value in an organisational change role within a large and complex organisation, ideally within the health sector. You are motivated by the satisfaction that comes from supporting people to adopt new ways of working. You hold tertiary qualifications in HR, Change Management or a relevant business discipline and you can demonstrate previous success negotiating and influencing without direct authority to ensure active engagement and support for change management agendas.
