An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Organisational Development Manager to join a successful organisation within infrastructure. Your new organisation is fast paced, dynamic and complex.

The Role

This is a varied and busy, Organisational Development Lead role, reporting into a Head of HR. You will develop and execute the OD and learning and development strategy and lead a small team. This is an opportunity to own the function, partnering with senior management and business leaders you will create, refine and project manage and drive initiatives in line with the broader HR and business strategy to deliver measurable and relevant results. You are able to think strategically yet also willing to roll up your sleeves to drive delivery.

Your experience

 

  • Minimum of 10+ years experience in owning an Organisational Development function across a diverse workforce.
  • A background working with success across resources, infrastructure, construction, engineering or mining sector will be essential.
  • Strategic experience in Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Training and Development and Employee Engagement.
  • Experience in implementing organisation-wide OD initiatives across a diverse client population.
  • Ability to understand, interpret and leverage data and analytics to create practical and relevant organisational development solutions.
  • Experienced in facilitation and coaching skills.
  • Experience in developing and applying competency frameworks and integrating them into other management processes.
  • Tertiary qualification
  • Self-motivation, drive and resilience are essential and you will be highly-skilled in influencing, negotiating, gaining credibility and building relationships with stakeholders.
