Organisational Development job in Melbourne. Work as an Operating Rhythm Coach in the Aus. Federal Government.

Your new company
A Federal Government Department is looking to shape their culture and working processes and is therefore looking for candidates that have had exposure to organisational development. They require candidates that are excellent operators and can work in a busy agile environment that is exceptionally community focused. The organisation require the candidate to have or obtain an AGSVA baseline security clearance when starting the role and therefore candidates must be Australian Citizens.

Your new role
You will be tasked with improving service delivery outcomes such as experience, performance and productivity with a human center approach. Ensuring that people are the focus of process improvement design, to ensure the participant and provider pathways, compliance controls and corporate and business areas are enhanced. You will support change management projects and provide coaching support to divisions across the organisation. In adopting consistent operating rhythm, minimum service standards, best practice sharing and building coaching capability will be enhanced. You and your team will work closely with other key teams and stakeholders to enable continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation. You will work both nationally and regional to ensure consistent operating rhythm and a coaching mindset is embedded, supporting coach leaders and staff on all levels on weekly Pulse, Pulse Check boards and Go Look See behaviours.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be experienced in building coaching capability across a large complex public sector organisation. Educating leaders on 'Coach the Coach' and the 'Inspect What you Expect' (IWIE) mindset. It will be highly advantageous if you have experience working within 'Operating Rhythm' previously. You will possess exceptional stakeholder management skills to build excellent relationships. Your personable style and ability to gain trust and respect will allow you to build internal capability and a high performance culture. You will have extensive experience in coaching at all levels to influence and achieve sustainable performance. The successful candidate will require an ability to develop and maintain a culture that promotes innovation.
