This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator looking for a development opportunity to work for a leading global brand. You will be providing support to the payroll function and working within a close knit HR team.

Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:

  • Updating and maintaining employee information on the HRIS
  • Being the first point of contact for payroll queries
  • Preparing all payroll documentation including new starters and termination paperwork
  • Preparing all salary changes, hours and annual salary & bonus payments
  • Keeping abreast of all applicable awards & associated changes
  • Other adhoc projects with the Payroll team as required

To be successful in this role you will have the willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities, a strong attention to detail and impeccable time management skills. You will have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation, as well as have strong numeric and computer skills.
