As a people & Culture analyst you will support the HR team and wider organization in developing, reporting and analysis of workforce metrics and dashboards. The position takes on a proactive approach to collecting, analyzing, interpreting and reporting employee data across the organization. Reporting to the GM for this large team you will be part of a broad People and Culture team in an autonomous role that sets the benchmark for quality reporting and analysis across the business.

In this role you will:

  • Develop a people analytics framework and strategy including establishing and developing key metrics and dashboards to inform on strategy across the business
  • Write and run reports to meet business requirements, analyse system usage and data integrity. Creating a dashboard to demonstrate key stats including diversity, headcount, recruitment stats ect
  • Undertake the remuneration submission and external salary data
  • Research and analyse people data to prepare regular and ad hoc reporting to make reccomendation and support evidence-based decision making
  • Work collaboratively and foster positive working relationships with Payroll, HR, safety, Employee Operations, OD, IT, external vendors and other related functions

 

To ensure you are sucessful int his role you will;

 

  • Advance analytical and modelling skills with a proven ability to understand business drivers to develop key metrics and propose evidence based recommendations.
  • Advanced excel skills including the ability to create dashboards, databased and models
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate and engage across all levels of the business and consultant with internal stakeholders
  • Degree in Human Resources and/or relevant experience as part of HR/ People and Culture team
