About Them
This Australian transport Services provider has an exciting opportunity for an experienced People and Culture Business Partner to lead the front line ER activities and provide a range of HR support services to the business.

About the Role
Reporting to the Manager, People and Culture, and working as part of the broader HR function,  this role offers the opportunity to make your mark in a fast growing National business. The focus of the role will be to;
  • Provide advice and consultation around employee engagement, employee relations, remuneration and benefits, operational and transactional HR services
  • Manage policies and procedures processes
  • Manager ER and IR, including EBA's, awards interpretation etc.
About Success
To be successful in this role you will posses excellent influencing and negotiation skills, have strong analytical skills, and can juggle multiple priorities, in a fast paced environment. 
You will also have;
  • Experience in HR/ER and IR gained in a complex business
  • Sound knowledge of industrial relations and employment law
  • Experience in HR/ER process improvement.
