HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor job job working in northern Sydney for growing SME.

Your new role
Reporting to the HR Director,you will lead all people and culture programs and initiatives for the business. You will work in modern, open plan offices and work closely with a predominantly white collar, sales and technology focused workforce. With over 200 employees across Australia, you will be responsible for business partnering and providing quality HR policy and ER advice, as well as developing and improving a number of people strategies. These will include employee engagement, learning and development, leadership capabilities, talent management. You will advise on operational HR work and recruitment, performance management and HR processes, and mentor a junior team member. This is a an exciting opportunity for an aspiring business partner to work for a business experiencing significant change throughout 2017.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR Business Partner who enjoys working in fast paced smaller business environments. You will be experienced in the delivery of HR projects including new cultural initiatives and HR programs as well as being experienced in coaching senior leaders in performance management and leadership development. As this role reports to the HR Director, this is a 2IC opportunity and not a leadership role. You will have the opportunity to develop further but there will be significant operational responsibilities.You will have experienced on working in a technology focused or innovative fast paced industry. You will be able to think on your feet, prioritise your workload and be able to build excellent relationships with a variety of stakeholders and senior leaders. You will be agile and proactive, and embody the organisation's values and beliefs.

What you'll get in return
The salary on offer is $90,000 - $100,000 base + super + super. Modern offices close to a variety of public transport links. The opportunity to be part of an SME experiencing an exciting period of growth, with long term career development.
