The opportunity
In this role, you will be accountable for the full range of generalist HR activities, working closely with the General Manager People & Culture, key activities will include:
  • Talent management – collaborating with our Talent Acquisition and Capability/Learning & Development Consultant to attract talent and capability within the business.
  • Performance Management– supporting managers in driving high performance – managing our quarterly and bi-annual KRA processes.
  • Employee relations - managing employee relations cases and coaching managers.
  • Remuneration and rewards – managing the quarterly bonus and bi-annual remuneration reviews.
  • HR policies - updating policies and communicating these across the business.
  • HR metrics - assisting in reviewing the efficiency and success of HR functions and initiatives.
  • Engagement – managing implementation of a quarterly engagement survey and subsequent result analysis.
  • HR Strategy – supporting the General Manager People & Culture in delivering the strategy to meet the overall business objectives.
  • HR Administration as relates to each stage of the employee cycle.
This is a fast paced, demanding but rewarding role, which will fully utilise your strong people skills and require you to be involved in a broad range of generalist HR tasks. A high level of emotional intelligence will be essential to build positive and trusting relationships with all in the business. With strong communication skills and a drive to achieve results, you will possess at least 2-3 years HR generalist experience.
