A People and Culture job in Sydney, 6 month contract, immediate start.

Your new company

This organisation would like to offer you a 6 month contract role, with flexible work arrangements available. You will be based between two main Sydney offices, spreading your time equally.

Your new role

You will be a strategic People & Culture Business Partner responsible for the development and delivery of the functional People and Culture Plan. You will work with leaders to develop and embed effective people structures that align resources to the national functional strategy.

Key accountabilities:

  • Coach Director and Leadership Team on leadership, culture, engagement and P&C policy
  • Deliver the BU P&C Plan
  • Work with P&C Coaches to deliver core People Processes
  • Facilitate capability programmes, coach on LSI and support leadership programme delivery
  • Support the development and delivery of EA strategy

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an experienced People & Culture Business Partner who will actively contribute to team culture and engagement plans. You will have strong communication skills and a highly developed coaching capability, along with data analysis and insight generation skills. In addition you will:

  • Have at least eight years' experience in HR roles (generalist, OD, L&D or other) preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or related tertiary qualification
  • Hold accreditation in LSI/OCI or equivalent personal/organisational development tool
  • Industrial relations (union / EA environment) exposure preferred
