Your new company
RFT have been providing mental health recovery services in Tasmania for over 25 years, offering a range of tailored residential and outreach support services to individuals throughout the state. They are currently seeking a passionate and experienced individual drawn to the values of the organisation, to join their team as their new People and Culture Manager.

Your new role
This position will see you work collaboratively with all areas of the organisation to develop and improve key people and culture policies, systems and initiatives. You will be responsible for a variety of areas including training & development, recruitment, WH&S, workplace relations, payroll support, workforce planning, performance management and staff engagement. You will utilise your experience and holistic perspective to work on specific People and Culture projects as part of the organisation's strategic plan, working to ensure staff have a high level of support and a fantastic working environment to allow them to achieve optimal outcomes with their clients

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal applicant will hold a relevant degree and have extensive experience in an HR Management position with a proven track record of working with collaboratively with different areas of an organisation. With the ability to look at the bigger picture, you'll be team and people focused with a true passion for your work and a deeply human and values based approach. The ability to prioritise your workload combined with exceptional attention to detail, written communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships will also be essential to your success.
