People & Culture Manager - Part Time

Headquartered in Marrickville, and with a regional office in Shanghai, China, this is a Greenfield, stand-alone (part-time; 2-days per week) People & Culture role reporting to the Founder and CEO.  Partnering with the CEO, Finance Controller, Director of Sales, Product Director, Head of Supply Chain, and the Vice President of China (as required), you will be responsible for developing and actively managing all Employee Lifecycle Strategies; from candidate attraction through to employee separation.
