About the role

An exciting opportunity exists for a true PE Specialist to manage and implement all people related aspects of a broad transformation program.

About you
  • Experience in the support and implementation of people and capability strategies in medium to large transformation programs
  • Ability to supported organisational design and consultation processes
  • Expertise in the selection and on-boarding and training of new employees
  • Strong project management experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to advise and provide recommendations at a senior level.
  • Passionate about working in collaboration with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage conflicting priorities whilst meeting outcomes
