An opportunity to work for a leading provider in its field of financial services. The HR Project Analyst role will form part of a HR Project team specifically assembled to support a major organisational change. The project aims to enable better business understanding of people and culture and also aims to give recommendations on utilising talent and capability to the fullest. To support this goal the business is looking for someone who can support in the following areas:
  • Developing and documenting functional practices, processes, policies and business requirements
  • Support with the coordination and facilitation of workshops and training events held by the team
  • Providing project management assistance and sharing knowledge to assist in the delivery of project outcomes
  • Build relationships and support across the stakeholder groups
The client is looking for someone who has had 3+ years of prior experience working in a HR Generalist or HR Project role with exposure to transformation management. Strong analytical skills are key, and a successful candidate should also be aware of project management tools and approaches. This role will be very dynamic, so the business is looking for someone who is adaptable to change and can communicate effectively with all stakeholders. The role has an immediate start.
