A significant public sector client, have received funding to implement best in class and essential technology solutions to their very large workforce. For this implementation to happen, there is a requirement for a strong Change Manager to work closely with a project team of Change/Od/Learning specialists, with strong business interfacing. The organization is invested, and ready to go - but needs the expertise for a 3month fixed term contract, with an asap start.

The Change Manager will be responsible for;

  • Change Impact Assessment Workshops
  • Identifying and documenting change impacts across the organization
  • Stakeholder engagement and communication planning
  • People and organization readiness checklists, readiness planning and readiness activities
  • Working cross-functionally with project teams and the organization
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Project reporting, monitoring, mitigation of risk and issues

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate relevant tertiary qualifications, with a minimum for 7-10 years of change management experience. You will also have extensive experience leading and managing organizational change initiatives. With experience gained in either the public or private sector, you will be an effective communicator and have well developed project management skills.
