About the Role
The HR Projects Consultant’s purpose is to drive multiple initiatives across the business that focuses around HR communications, processes and operational activities. This will be a Training administration style role, which will predominantly include scheduling/rescheduling people onto courses, sending communication/reminders to participants and other administrative work etc.  There is a high demand to work with many HR BPs across the business & will be heavily using MLS, googleforms, spreadsheets etc.  
The successful candidates will be comfortable with the highly administrative elements that comes with this role, and will have a roll up their sleeves mentality. This fantastic role will require a confident, polished and proactive individual who has a passion for HR and can bring a lot of energy to the role.

  • comfortable with learning/using systems (MLS, excel, google forms etc.)
About You
  • Coming from a corporate background, you will bring your sound experience and knowledge of the HR process. 
  • You will have proven competence in dealing with stakeholders at senior levels of the business and will be confident in building relationships.
  • You will have experience working within a busy team and will have the strong organisational skills necessary to handle a fast-paced environment.
  • You will possess strong project management skills
  • Previous experience working within an Organisational Development or Learning and Development role would be highly beneficial
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
