Our client, a corporation located in Melbourne's Inner East, is seeking a resourceful Recruiter/ HR Administrator to provide support on a full time bases. This is an immediately available, temporary 2 month assignment taking you through until the end of this year.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Assist in the advertising, reference checking, phone screening candidates for the roles.
  • Draft and post internal and external advertisements
  • Prepare employment contracts and other relevant materials for completion by successful candidate
  • Administer the probation process, including informing parties of requirements and prepare documentation required to confirm, extend or terminate employment.
  • Booking Interviews
  • To work on Recruitment Related Projects including standardised adverts and IV guides.

 

Previous Experience

  • Previous experience in a Recruitment/HR Administration capacity
  • Previous experience in Ad Writing and completing Reference checks.

 

To succeed in this position, you will thrive on the challenge of juggling conflicting priorities, and have a strong eye for detail and accuracy. Previous experience working within a similar support role is essential.
