Global Technology Business seeking an experienced Recruitment Administrator to support a small team in Sydney.

Your new company
Working for a global Technology business with operations across APAC with Australia head office in Sydney.

Your new role
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will work in a collaborative team of three, and responsible for all recruitment support and administration work for the Sydney and Melbourne area. Key tasks will include sourcing for all levels of roles within the business including IT professionals. You will create and post adverts and utilise social media and other forms of talent attractions. You will shortlist and coordinate interviews with line managers as well as manage offers and reference processes.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have a minimum 12 months internal recruitment administration experience. You must be tertiary qualified and be keen and eager to learn. This is not a 360 recruiter role and would suit some who enjoys HR and Recruitment support work, who can work in a fast paced and busy environment. You will be process orientated and have excellent stakeholder management skills. You will be a team player and enjoy working in a fun and busy culture where no two days are the same.
