Your new company
A Melbourne based employment and training organisation are currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Administrator for a period of 1 - 2 months.

Your new role
The purpose of the Recruitment Administrator role is to assist the HR Manager in the delivery of an efficient and diligent centralised recruitment and on-boarding process.

Your daily responsibilities will include;

  • Drafting and placing job adverts
  • Assisting with shortlisting
  • Phone screening
  • Reference checking
  • Coordinating interviews with applicants

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous experience in a similar recruitment role. Having experience within the employment sector is preferred but not essential. Outstanding customer service, communication and interpersonal skills are key to succeed along with an out-going, vibrant and professional attitude.
