HR & Recruitment Administrator | On-boarding Processes | Full Time Contract | Brisbane CBD

Your new company
You will be joining a large government organisation, based in Brisbane CBD who provide a range of services and programs across a diverse range of clientele.

Your new role
As a Recruitment Administrator/On-boarding Assistant, you will be working with a large range of stakeholders, including internal managers, potential clients and recruitment team to provide advise and assistance through the on-boarding process. This will include:

  • Police Checks
  • Letters of Offer
  • Updating of details in the system
Alongside this you will be require to escalate issues and concerns where require, action allocated work from the positional mailbox and have responsibility for entering the correct data on the systems.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, it is ideal to come from a background within Human Resources Administration/ Recruitment Administration with a experience in data entry, customer service, time management and attention to detail coupled with your understanding of the recruitment process.
