An exciting opportunity to join a leading organisation as their Recruitment Advisor.

Your new company
Our client, an industry leader and one of Australia's largest community focused organisations is looking for a competent and proactive Recruitment Advisor to manage their recruitment strategies and work with their colleagues to build a positive, experienced and engaged workforce

Your new role
Locally based in Darwin, you will be responsible for all recruitment campaigns in numerous locations in the Northern Territory. This will involve a high volume of roles across multiple disciplines and skills bases and includes advertising, screening, interviewing, credential and criminal checks, offer process and feedback reporting. You will also be expected to deliver accurate and timely recruitment reports, advise internal stakeholders on recruitment strategies and market trends and support and mentor junior members of staff to promote the core values of the organisation. Representation in career drives, expos' and university events may also be required

What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate for this role will have extensive knowledge of contemporary recruitment and selection practices. You must have a strong attention to detail and be able to work in a role that requires high demand for results. You will be organised and have a customer service mindset for both internal and external stakeholders. Candidates from both internal recruitment and / or agency recruitment are encouraged to apply

The successful candidate must have full working rights and will be required to clear a National Criminal check and hold a Working with Children card.
