HR recruitment job in Lilydale, temporary, $30ph. Provide excellent support to the recruitment process

Your new company
A highly esteemed Public Sector organisation is looking to expand their Human Resources Department and are seeking a new Recruitment and Human Resources Administrator to support the recruitment process.

Your new role
You will conduct a variety of administrative duties across numerous areas of HR. In this role you will help improve HR processes, facilitate and influence change towards recruitment. You will administer the recruitment process with an exceedingly high attention to detail.

What you'll need to succeed
You will hold a Degree or Diploma in HR and have a strong administrative background with experience in supporting the recruitment process. You will be able to manage multiple tasks with excellent organisational skills, meet deadlines and maintain a high quality of work. You will show initiative towards all HR related matters and be an involved team member that will become an expert in your work area. It will be important for you to work closely with other teams and maintain excellent internal relationships. You will be a good communicator and have a history of outstanding customer service.
