This well-respected Health Care company is currently seeking to enhance capability across their business and looking for a skilled, innovative and proactive Recruitment Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Director of Talent, the main responsibilities of this role will include:
  • Managing two direct reports, building their capability and broadening their understanding of recruitment best practice.
  • Partnering with key stakeholders across the business to outline success profiles, educate and coach around processes, best practice and proactively map talent profiles.
  • Building strong internal stakeholder relationships to understanding hiring needs and well as managing talent pools and candidate expectations.
  • Facilitating the implementation of employment branding strategies, managing the talent acquisition system and support workforce planning.
  • Provide relevant and clear advisory support to influence stakeholders regarding to process improvements and efficiencies using thorough reporting, strategic planning, and metrics to illustrate the value ad of the function.
This is a varied Recruitment Manager role with the opportunity to partner with the business to source best-fit talent and facilitating the growth of the business. You will also be facilitating the roll out of specific talent strategies and initiatives to build capability, productivity, retention and talent.
  
To be successful for this role you will offer:
  • Tertiary qualification in HR or a related discipline and sound understanding of current employment legislation requirements.
  • Previous experience working in an internal corporate recruitment role within a fast paced working environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to influence senior management and make strategic decisions.
  • A proactive, flexible and emotionally intelligent individual with a willingness to work outside the scope of their role.
This role is well suited for an experience HR professional with a passion or Talent Management or internal recruiter with a depth of knowledge surrounding strategic recruitment management and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
