Global security and healthcare services organisation looking for a recruitment admin in their Western Syd team.

Your new company
This leading security organisation are experts in Healthcare and Correction Services. This international organisation are a well-known brand in their industry and this role will be based in their Western Sydney offices.

Your new role
You will be adopting the role of a Recruitment Admin with your main focus:

  • Pre-screening candidates
  • Assist with general HR enquiries
  • General recruitment Admin
  • Helping with filing of employee files
  • Recruitment support:
  • Pre-screening candidates
  • High level compliance and reference tasks
  • Coordinating Interviews
  • Following up with paperwork on recruitment
  • Sending letters of offer to candidates
  • Update Excel spreadsheets and answer customer enquiries.


What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience as a recruitment admin. You will have a strong work ethic and be a confident communicator. You must also have experience in a heavily regulated environment, examples include: healthcare, corporate, children's services, immigration, prisons etc. This role requires excellent communication skills, local experience and full working rights.
