Recruitment Business Partner - Contract

Our client is in the midst of an exciting period of business growth and they are currently recruiting an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our NSW team based across our Enfield and Botany Depots.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Recruiting a high volume of specialist temp and casual positions across NSW
  • Implement recruitment programs, in line with the annual Recruitment plan and the Recruitment policy, in order to consistently and efficiently attract and select the right people.
  • Coordinate and execute local recruitment and selection programs in line with local laws and regulations.
  • Select candidates using the most effective selection methodology based on functional requirements and business needs.
  • Screen CVs and application letters, conduct interviews over the phone and face-to-face where required.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities such as tests, assessment centres, etc, deploying divisional recruitment processes and tools.
  • Coordinate and facilitate Recruitment campaigns and recruitment events.

They are looking for a recruitment partner who is flexible, resilient, assertive, committed, and able to work co-operatively. In addition you will have:

  • Ability to cope with competing demands and remain focused with competing priorities.
  • Ability to implement strategy and action plans.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • High level communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Critical thinking and decision making.
