Temporary recruitment consultant job working for government sector in the Melbourne CBD

Your new company
A State Government Department is seeking to expand their recruitment team due to a busy period.

Your new role
You will conduct a variety of tasks associated to the recruitment process. These will include working with managers to understand their recruitment requirements and advise managers about the recruitment process. You will have to conduct various duties, including writing position descriptions, candidate management, face-to-face interviews with line managers, conducting assessment centres, on-boarding and administering the e-recruitment system.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience as an internal recruiter dealing with a high volume of cases. You will have previous experience managing an end-to-end recruitment process, as well as a proven track record of highly skilled writing that shows your ability to show attention to detail. You will be able to manage multiple tasks with excellent organisational skills, meet deadlines and maintain a high quality of work. You will have a background in stakeholder management and it will be important for you to work closely with other teams and maintain excellent internal relationships. You will be a good communicator and have a history of outstanding customer service.
