Permanent Recruitment Coordinator job working for community based Not For Profit in inner northern suburbs.

Your new company
One of Victoria's leading community support organisations, this group is a long term and proven provider of aged care services and support programs across Victoria. They seek a Recruitment coordinator with experience supporting the full life cycle of employees in the organisation. This position is a support role and will report directly into the HR Manager. The role is permanent position and will commence before Christmas.

Your new role

The position will encompass a variety of generalist HR and recruitment responsibilities including end to end talent acquisition using linked in and seek, employee data management, contract generation and ensuring the smooth on-boarding of new employees. You will also assist the HR Manager with other generalist activities.

What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate should have strong experience and knowledge of all functions of HR and recruitment. You will need experience using PageUP and LinkedIn. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude are required. Candidates from all industrial backgrounds will be considered, but experience in Not For Profit and community roles will be held in high regard.
