Your new company
This leading FMCG organisation are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to assist in both their Sydney CBD and Sydney Olympic Park offices. This national organisation is behind some of Australia best known food and beverage brands.

Your new role
You will be adopting the role of a Recruitment Admin with your main focus:

  • Pre-screening candidates
  • Assist with general HR enquiries
  • General recruitment Admin
  • Helping with filing of employee files
  • Recruitment support:
  • Pre-screening candidates
  • High level compliance and reference tasks
  • Coordinating Interviews
  • Following up with paperwork on recruitment
  • Sending letters of offer to candidates
  • Update Excel spreadsheets and answer customer enquiries.


What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience as a recruitment consultant or an administrator. You will have a strong work ethic and be a confident communicator. This role requires excellent communication skills, local or strong international experience and working rights. This role is an immediate start for a 4-month contract with the potential to be on-going. This role is open to candidates on working holiday visas.
