Recruitment Coordinator - 12 mth Contract

My client is seeking a switched on Recruitment Coordinator who enjoys working in a fast paced environment. Reporting to a very supportive Recruitment Manager, the role will be supporting him by providing coordination support in the end to end process.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Posting job ads
  • Phone screening and shortlisting
  • Referencing checking and completing VEVO checks
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Liaising with candidates, hiring managers and external agencies

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Strong verbal and oral communication skills
  • Ability to build positive interpersonal relationships and liaise with various individuals across the business
  • A positive, 'can do' attitude
  • Experience with the with Success Factors or SAP would be beneficial
  • Intermediate MS Office Skills- Word and Excel
