Recruitment Team Manager opportunity working for a Not For Profit in Melbourne CBD

Your new company
Our client is a Not For Profit organisation who deliver education services to a number of different organisations. They who take pride in their service delivery to clients across Australia and are conveniently based in Melbourne CBD. They seek an experienced Recruitment Lead who has a strong background in high volume end to end recruitment and management. This position will support a wide-range of initiatives and will allow you to build your expertise by exposing you to a broad scope of people and challenges.


Your new role
Your new role will have ownership of the specialist recruitment and admissions team, a separate core business within the business. This team deals with all recruitment across their education programs and has a high performing culture. You will report directly into the Director and will work alongside a People and Culture team. The most important focus for the role will be to manage the team of recruiters, drive activity and productivity, motivate individuals and maximise outcomes. You will also be involved in exciting strategic projects and find creative ways to effectively manage the team.


What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate should have strong experience and knowledge of all recruitment functions including bulk recruitment drives. You will have experience managing a team and setting KPI's to drive the business forward. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude are also required.
