Recruitment Manager - Contract

  • 6-9 month fixed term contract

Working for this well known global business you will be a key driver of their new recruitment strategy. Due to new business directives this business requires an experienced Internal Recruitment specialist to help them develop their recruitment processes. The Recruitment strategy will follow a clear 6 month project plan working directly with an external consultant and reporting into the Manager of HR Shared Services.

Your key responsibilities will involve:

  • assisting with the development of a candidate attraction strategy
  • communicating and negotiating agreements with agencies
  • project planning and management
  • coaching managers through the recruitment process
  • leading/coaching behaviourally based interviews with managers
  • on-boarding and induction of all new starters
  • developing guides and tools to assist with recruitment
  • updating and refreshing position description
  • Working with the marketing team to ensure branding/EVP are in line with attraction strategies

To be successful in this role you will have proven internal recruitment experience. You will be experienced at influencing and building relationships with your key customers, handling the full recruitment life-cycle and ensuring candidates have an exceptional experience throughout the whole process. Ideally you will have exposure to the working within a fast paced and changing environment (but this is not essential) and be a highly organised and proactive individual.
